Fairs and congresses in Hamburg, Deutschland

The Hanseatic city of Hamburg is located in the far north of Germany and is, with 1.7 million inhabitants, the second-largest city of the country. The Hamburg Harbor is one of the biggest container handlings worldwide and thus many large ships can be seen from the shores of the Elbe. Not far from there, the infamous Reeperbahn attracts a great number of tourists and locals with its rustic bars, nightclubs, theatres and taverns. On Sundays, many people wander to the fish market in order to experience the market criers and listen to some of the regional dialect – the “Platt”. The entire city can easily be reached by the subway or a free borrowed bike.
